Checked October 9, 2026. HoYoverse’s September 30 phase-two overview says S-Rank Agents Roxy (Wind, Stun) and Promeia (Ice, Anomaly) are available in limited-time channels, alongside their listed S-Rank W-Engines. The official version 3.2 announcement on Steam Community gives October 21 at 06:00 (UTC+8) as the version’s planned end.
One date is not every deadline
The version update notice also sets a separate October 9 at 23:59 (UTC+8) deadline for certain issue-fix compensation. Eligibility requires reaching Inter-Knot Level 4 before the September 9 maintenance, and the mail has its own expiry. Do not assume that every account can claim it now, or that the phase-two channels end at exactly the version-end time. Check the in-game mail and the active channel for their own terms.
A useful decision before spending
The overview confirms who is featured; it does not establish that either Agent is necessary for your roster. Decide what your present team lacks, read the live channel’s rules and only then decide whether you want to spend saved currency. A future special program or social-media preview should not be confused with confirmed availability in your game.
